So we had a complete blowout of one of our front tires on a rental vehicle while we were on the interstate. Then, we go to change the tire and there is NO SPARE! So we were stuck on the shoulder of the interstate with semis flying by at 75mph in a totally unsafe situation. Southern Iowa came and picked up us and our vehicle, got us back to their shop, and got the tire changed supper fast and coordinated everything with the insurance company. They got us back on the road quickly and we're incredibly helpful. We were so grateful for their help.

Rear ended another vehicle on the interstate about a year ago. Rollback was there within what seemed like 15 minutes after police were on scene. Removed my car and the wreckage very quickly and Cody brought it to my attention that I was actually injured. (I was in shock). This shop and the employees have always been good to me.
